Biography and Education
Dr. John (Yejun) Zhang is an Assistant Professor of Management from the Department of Management in McCoy College of Business at Texas State University. He received his Ph.D. in Management from the University of Oklahoma. His research interests include employee careers, global work experiences and micro foundations of international entrepreneurship. His work has appeared in Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology and Journal of Business Venturing Insights. In addition to research, he also enjoys teaching a variety of classes, including Organizational Behavior, International Business and other business-related courses. He is committed to providing students at Texas State University with a challenging yet rewarding educational experience.Teaching Interests
