Biography Section

Biography and Education

Dr. Ali Forbes is a tenure-track assistant professor of electronic media. She completed her PhD at Arizona State's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. She is from Canada, where her family still lives. Forbes’ professional background is in live broadcast production for radio, television and online and she teaches classes in studio production, live sports production, advanced issues and ethics in sports journalism.

Live broadcasting of news and sports, TV, radio and online streaming, journalism ethics, ethics of sports, culture of sports video games

Sports video games, esports, ethics and diversity in sports journalism
