Biography Section

Research Interests

Research interest include increasing student success in General Chemistry I & II courses. Current investigation involves the correlation of Mathematics Fluency of General Chemistry students in the State of Texas with the student success in General Chemistry.

Increasing knowledge retention of decreasing knowledge decay in General Chemistry I & II students. Currently investigating methods to decrease knowledge decay of specific concepts in chemistry. Methods under investigation include in-class activities, online homework systems, coordinated laboratory experiments.
