Biography Section

Biography and Education

I received my Bachelors degree in 1999 from the University of Notre Dame. My majors were psychology and Spanish literature. I earned my Ph.D. in social and personality psychology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008. I have served on the Texas State faculty since 2008. I have also taught at various other universities.

Research Interests

My research interests include romantic relationships, self-esteem, and identity change during study abroad. I'm also fascinated by positive psychology.
