Biography and Education

Jules Buck Jones is a practicing artist, living and working in Austin, TX. He is represented by Conduit Gallery in Dallas, and David Shelton Gallery in Houston. He is a founding member of MASS Gallery, a non profit - artist run - collective. He received a BFA in Painting and Printmaking at VCU in Richmond, VA in 20015, and an MFA in Painting and Drawing from UT Austin in 2008.

Teaching Interests

Drawing- building formal and conceptual skills.
Problem Solving.
Identifying Strengths and weaknesses.

Research Interests

Biology, Ecology, Evolution, Abstraction, Installation.
