Biography and Education

Indu Ramachandran is an Associate Professor in the department of Management and the Scott Emerson Professor in Business Administration at Texas State University. She received her Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Her research interests encompass knowledge management and organizational learning in strategic management, international management, and entrepreneurship. Her work also examines the effect of emerging markets' institutional environment on organizational performance . She has presented papers as the Academy of Management (AOM), Academy of International Business (AIB), Southern Management Association (SMA), Strategic Management Society (SMS) annual meetings. Her research has been published in the Academy of Management Review, Journal of International Management, Human Resources Management Review, and Journal of Knowledge Management, amongst other journals.
